About Us
Restaurant Poco, located at 55 Main Street in Burlington, Vermont, is a unique shared plate restaurant and bar founded by Chef-Owner Stefano Cicirello and his sister Susie Ely. After transitioning from their successful food truck, Dolce VT, they have created a cozy and inviting space for guests to enjoy a variety of delicious dishes made with locally sourced ingredients.
The menu at Restaurant Poco changes regularly, offering a selection of meat, vegetarian, and gluten-free options for guests to share with their table. Instead of ordering individual meals, guests can choose several shareable plates to enjoy together.
Upon arrival, guests will be seated at tables or the bar until full, at which point a waitlist will begin for the next seating. Seatings typically last between one to one and a half hours, depending on the size of the party. It is important for all members of the party to be present in order to be seated.
The restaurant can accommodate parties of up to 10 people at their largest table. "After long traveling hours to Burlington on a very cold snowy day, I found this small and cozy restaurant. It wowed me. The dishes are definitely Asian but I wonder if it’s Chinese, Vietnamese, … or Indian? Two of us had Pork Belly, Linguine with Scallops, Curry Naan, Kungpo Brussel Sprouts. All taste fantastic and was more than enough for us. This is a family owned business and dishes are created by the chef from an Italian family. I really had a great dining experience there. They have lots of wine, beers and cocktails to offer. Dishes are best for sharing with 2-3 people. The service is humble and kind."

"What a GEM! Atmosphere was fire. We had a short wait for dinner and it was more than worth it. Our drinks were fantastic and the food was so so good. Highly recommend! We had multiple dishes.
