"I just moved to the area and I was calling around because it says on their website they have a in house periodontist. However, when I called and spoke my situation to the front desk lady, I was greeted by a rude lady named Louise. I asked how they were and Louise responded angrily that she was FINE. I brushed it off. Then she again rudely interrupted me and cut me off mid sentence as I was speaking and explaining my situation and told me I have to call a different number. I told her that was kinda rude and she literally laughed and asked how. She gave me the number with no area code (mind you I’m not from this state and my last state had multiple area codes!) and hung up. I called back and asked to speak to a supervisor so I can report her and get the actual number and she rudely said “I am the supervisor!” And hung up again! By far the rudest experience I’ve ever experienced here. Louise needs to apologize and get a new job if she can’t handle speaking to folks. Acting like a child when you’re clearly in your 40s is pathetic. Absolutely disgusting. Horrible customer service."

"This is a truly professional team with a warm and caring approach. My past dental experiences had been pretty scary for me and though I knew I needed extensive work, I was apprehensive to say the least. During my first appt. I remember being told that the two biggest reasons people resist dental care were Fear and Financial. They listened and helped ease my fears (including the financial ones) and came up with the best action plan that would be comfortable for me. Dr. Vnek is extremely thorough but is also patient, kind and has a great sense of humor. Believe me. There were times I needed that humor. The assistants and office staff truly go above and beyond to address our needs and concerns. I cannot say enough about the superior work they do and the confident smile they gave back to me. We have been with them since 2004 and we HIGHLY recommend them! AAA+++"

"I feel really lucky Dr. Vnek was accepting new patients when I was desperately looking for a new dentist a couple of years ago.. Dr.Vnek made the work much more comfortable. He's patient and thorough. All of the staff I have met have been really great. I have had bad experiences before and a few mediocre with other dentists and orthodontic procedures and was nervous but he's incredibly good at making sure things don't hurt and you are comfortable."
