New Leaf Dental

"The dental assistants, dentist, and scheduler (Hope) are fantastic at this practice. However, the person who handles billing is the reason our family is leaving this practice. Over a year and half after we were quoted an amount for dental work, had it done, and paid in full for the amount that our insurance didn't cover ($3,500), Ms. Reny called my husband and was incredibly rude to him on the phone and then sent us a bill for and additional $1500! Not to mention that she violated HIPAA by sending us someone else's patient records when he requested the individual billing statements. When we called our insurance company, they told us 1) that her amount is very incorrect, and 2) that she recently contacted them about replacing a check they sent her over a year ago because she lost it. There is a very strong chance that she has messed up the amount owed, but she refuses to work with us to straighten this out, even after we sent a detailed letter to the practice. Too bad, we will miss the great care we get here!"

"I love the dentist here but her accounts payable is HORRIBLE!! They do NOT tell you when you have no benefits left and Cammie is very rude and lies to you as I was given one price a month to pay off my balance then she changed it and now she has sent me a bill for the whole amount left that I owe!! She is not a good person and not sure how she sleeps at night!! I wish Dr. Haidu knew how horrible she is at customer service!!!!!!!"
