"Charlie is a great guy. Brought my father to his store and he gave my dad a good offer. Thanks charlie!"
"I went to the store looking for coins to grow my coin collection. As a beginner, I am not that knowledgeable about most coins. Charlie took the time to share his knowledge. He was super nice to my kids also. Thank you for the great experience."
"I was so disappointed to find out the five gold coins that he bought from me were worth three times more than what he gave me. I am an older woman that doesn't know much I had a coin collection given to me by my Uncle I had hoped he would be fair and honest but after I got a hold of my father who also had the same four gold coins he was disappointed that I sold them for a third of what they're worth. I am saddened to find people like this in the world who take advantage of others who don't know what's going on he is not an honest man I will never do business with him again"
"I bought a few things from here. NONE had price tags. When we arrived the owner said if there is no price tag, he’ll let us know how much is costs. After I browsed, I ASKED how much the items were at check out, he said that he’ll let me know. But he started shoving everything in a bag and adding up a price in his head. All these tiny items cost me $65!!! I asked how much the sitting rabbit was and he said “oh I don’t remember, like $8 or something”. He MAKES UP PRICES as you buy. I feel absolutely ripped off. This is NOT a way to conduct business. You need to offer FULL transparency of pricing. You can’t make up prices. Not even tell the customer how much things cost when they check out. Doesn’t even offer an itemized receipt. Yes, I ended up giving my $65, but I regret it. After we left, we were like why was it so much? It didn’t really dawn on me until we left. Honestly, I would never go here again. It’s not the amount I am mad about, it’s just, I don’t even know what these items cost me. What they’re worth or if this was worth it. I probably would’ve left a few of these behind if he had told me. PLEASE IF YOU GO HERE, make him tell you prices for each item. Don’t let him gyp you, like he did my family. He talks your ear off to distract you, and throws a random highball total at you while you’re busy talking."
"I've had good luck there a couple of times. Small family owned shops like this used to be common. The store is made of several rooms on different floors featuring different genres of items. It features an eclectic collection of wares. The store is tightly packed. I've got fair prices on some items while other items I looked at were priced too high. I found it interesting and will return to look around."
