"I, too, had the non response. 3 times. I had seen Dr. Mazur-Kary years ago, and my wife had, recently. We were quite satisfied with the root canal work. However, this month, August, 2020, I have called once with a referral from my DDS, faxed the referral another day, called days later and got an immediate hangup after a live person answer, and called immediately back but got a message machine."
"I've had two root canal procedures with Dr. Mazur-Kary and I can't imagine anyone doing it better. There was no discomfort whatsoever. A work colleague just went there, too, and she said the same thing. She was apprehensive about the procedure, but said it was like nothing!"
"This is my "Go To" office for my root canal referrals. My office works hard to provide good patient care, from treatment to checkout, and will only refer patients to an office to does as well or better. This office does better! I am leaving this review because I looked up their number for another referral and saw a previous review. I am very sorry this individual had a bad experience connecting with this office and this is not "the norm". Patients need to understand that office personnel sometimes need to deal with things outside the office that can shut down an office. I cannot tell you how much positive feedback I get from my patients about this office."
"My dentist recommended this place for a root canal. I called there 3 times and never got anyone to answer and never got a return call. The 4th time, I wasn't so polite and told the machine how frustrated they were making me since I was in pain and they couldn't be bothered to answer their phone or return a call. The 5th and final call was just me telling them off... Still no call back. No use for a company that cares this little about a patient."
