"Boast on website about being a “great” “fast” emergency dentist who can get you immediately but when you call with an actual emergency they say they can’t get you in for two months. TWO MONTHS for an emergency. Not okay… Absolutely not an emergency dentist. Do not recommend. Rude receptionist answered the phone and was no help what so ever."

"The 2 star review is not regarding medical staff. They are all nice and i enjoy my visits with them. The entirety of nurses and the dentists are so nice. And I just wanted to recognize Morgan the check in lady. She has been incredibly on the ball trying to help me with a billing credit and she is a very busy lady so I truly appreciate her attention trying to help me Edit to update: 2 months is too long to wait for a refund... especially when on my end and the insurance company's you got paid in full and you basically tell me there's nothing you can do on your end because the "insurance company payment is missing..." it's an electronic payment how can it be missing, that and you are the one who overcharged me by hundreds in the first place! That and the fact I've basically had to call 5 times to the insurance company who you've spoken to multiple times already because you tell me to even though it's your business... I am not the office manager i don't know what I'm doing in only going by what both sides tell me. I just need my money back. Also you at least you could have kept me updated instead of ignoring me or giving me pat answers... i at least felt Morgan was trying to help... it might not be your money missing but to me it's a big deal."

"Love the hygensist staff and doctors. One office lady. Office manager overcharged me by hundreds and 3 months later I got a refund from my cc company because I had lots of documentation and screen shots. I wont be paying up front again..."

"I have no problem with my dentist or hygienist but I have a problem with not getting my refund on a billing error that was their fault. It's been over a month now and with it being right before Christmas I certainly could use the almost $300 refund NOW. Their billing system is a mess. Very disappointed."

"I am a new patient but so far have been VERY satisfied with my Dentist and the work she has performed. The only reason I can't give them a "5 Star" rating is due to the long wait times for a cleaning and availability of Hygienist; this appears to be a shared local problem here in Maine."
