"My daughter went through an expansion with Dr Ruff. We did all the follow up appointments and never missed one. We were waiting for some baby teeth to fall out for braces. One visit when we went for a follow he said she needed to be expanded?!? He forgot we did that? Apparently they weren’t watching her mouth closely and it closed back up! So she ended up needing to get a “moon” expander that was screwed directly to the roof of her mouth. All this was on our bill. So now we have paid twice for her mouth to be expanded only the second time he tells us it didn’t work like he thought it would and now her only choice is oral surgery. We paid a monthly fee during her expansion and were told some of this money would go toward her invisaline but instead once they took the retainer off and she decided not to go forward with oral surgery they wouldn’t tell us what we had left in our account. I emailed and called several times with no response. We paid more than enough for 2 expanders that never worked. Now we are out thousands with no change to our child’s mouth. Just a word of warning to others. The staff seems so nice until they aren’t. Definitely wouldn’t recommend them to anyone."

"If you need braces or orthodontic work. Go there! They are wonderful! The staff are friendly and make you feel right at home! Dr Huff is amazing. Explains everything so well. I went in a little nervous but left so excited. They are very thorough, the facility is clean, the staff make you feel so comfortable and go over everything so well. They take their time to listen and answer questions."
