"No experience to report because after waiting 11 months for an appointment it was cancelled a week before it was scheduled via text. Had to schedule this appointment originally because Community Dental Rumford closed it’s doors last year with no official notice to patients and I brought my son to a scheduled appointment in November 2022 only to be told the office “didn’t exist anymore” by the dentist newly set up in CDR’s previous location. So all in all after almost 15 years of decent experience with Community Dental, they now are majorly unreliable and not even apologetic about the situation - “tough s#!+” is an accurate interpretation of what I was told when I called the Farmington office after receiving the cancellation text."
