"Manager is awesome"
"Very disappointed with both the women manager and cashier on 9-13-20 around 4pm. I tried to exchange a gift purchased last week from my Uncle for a larger size because I am pregnant. All the tags were still on the item and they made the process so complicated ... I did not have the receipt because it was a gift. They treated me very badly because I didn’t have an ID with my current address. They also asked me if I was illegal! in the United States because the only ID I had was my permanent residence card. There is an economic recession with most retail stores are closed from COVID 19. You would think they would want people to purchase products and be helpful with customers. I’m very sure this store will close permanently soon do to lack of business and customer service... I love amazon and stores online much better service everything is accessible and easy. They care and value there customers and don’t discriminate against immigrants. After dealing with the manager several times I got half the money back on a gift card all I wanted was a larger size and to purchase more clothes. I purchased items at Kohl’s and Amazon both recently with a much better customer experience. Stay away from Macy’s it Kingston it’s a terrible customer experience. I will give the gift card away and go somewhere else."
