Dollar Tree

"The lady cashier in red shirt who was working today 09/14 - 11:40 am must be fired. She has ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICES SKILLS she was charging people in the line then when was my time to be charged she went to answer the phone then came back screaming like a crazy person saying that the register is closed and I have to take the line again. She’s clearly having a bad day so that means that she can’t work with customer service. I told the manager her answer was okay okay okay. Okay? Not okay. Nobody goes to this place to be treated like that. I had to take all the line again with another cashier who was extremely gentle and respectful ( a blonde lady ). I work with customer service for more than 25 years I have never been treated so bad like that. Doesn’t matter if is a dollar tree store or Macy’s or wherever if you work with people you must be respectful. Is the minimum. Watch the cameras and you will see what I am talking about."

"This store is going from bad to worse…empty shelves, items broken all overall, parts missing, the line is unbelievable, there is always 1 register only open,there is always unopened boxes all over,today there were a cleaning bucket on the middle of the store(the cashier was telling the other staff about it she reply:I left it there since yesterday)the cashier the staff needs costumer service training asap…I am sad to see this store going down the hill so fast…"

"Good selection found the backscratcher I was looking 4 ever for. And just about everything is $1.25 or less. Sometimes they have what I want, sometimes they don't. The inventory definitely fluctuates. Lot of items out of stock"
