"I have been a frequent out of state Rockport visitor for over 56 years and my entire family has spent alot of money at Sand Castles over the years This weekend I tried to exchange two shirts from Medium to Large - we purchased this gift in February --- they were never worn and in the original shopping bag ---- only to be told ABSOLUTELY NOT. Exchanges are only acceptable after 10 (ten) days. I was asking only to evenly exchange off the shelf, the same shirts for Large, not Medium. We will never shop there again. Nor will any of my friends or family."
