Reviews of Pandora Jewelry
"Was at the store earlier this evening with my family. My daughter was so excited to purchase a Spinning Globe. We were attended to by Briana A (No. 237813) - that was what was written on the receipt. If it was her who attended to us, I'd like to inform the Pandora Management that she was extremely rude. She did not have a pleasant demeanor about her at all and looked like she was not happy attending to us/my daughter. Not a smile on her face. Nothing! We were a little taken aback. But as my daughter very much wanted the item, we purchased it. When we thanked her after collecting the package, she did not even acknowledge our thanks or look at us. She merely turned away. We left the store. My wife and other daughter commented that she was very rude and did not seem happy attending to us. I went back into the store and told this person that she was very rude. She had the cheek to act surprised, saying "I was rude? Your daughter was the one who's rude." She then claimed that my daughter "threw the thing back at me" - or something to that effect! WOW! (Just to say that no such thing happened. My daughter and the rest of us were extremely polite to her throughout our time in the store, despite her sulkiness!) Not wanting to create a scene, I repeated that she was rude and left the store. As I was leaving, I heard the other staff present asking her what happened. I wonder what other lies she must have told them. She is definitely not a credit to your organization! We will definitely not be visiting your store ever again!"
"Went into the store yesterday with my neice and her friend. All of us people of color. As we walked in the store, everyone turned their backs. We stayed 10 minutes and no assistance. Walked to the cases that had a salesperson. No one asked any of us if we needed help. There was not another customer in the store. With service like this, it is obvious they need customer service training g at the least. Last time there"
"Came to window shop with no intentions to buy. Left with two rings! The team is warm, welcoming and has great product knowledge. Lara in particular is amazing. She listens to your wants and needs and doesn’t sell just to sell. I was set on one item and her coworker Natalie came and made a suggestion. I tried her suggestion and it inspired me to buy two items. Thank you team assembly!"
"I went there after work to checked out the new heart bracelet and right away the girls in the store was chatting with each other and ignored me. I stand there for 10mins before they decide to ask me what i want. The girl that help me was really grumpy she keep getting me the wrong bracelet to try she doesn’t listen to me she gave me an ignorant attitude. it almost feel like i went there to beg for a pair of 70$ earrings lol. If you want to get yourself a nice cute 70$ earrings as a birthday gift from Pandora please don’t go to this location because it will ruin the experience. It really suck to see workers ruin the store reputation. I hope she find a job that she enjoys and love doing in the near future. Thank you!"
"I have no complaints about Pandora itself, but I did have a negative experience at the Somerville store (Assembly Row, 505). The customer service there, including both the salesperson and the so-called "manager," was extremely disappointing. Fortunately, online shopping is an option; otherwise, I would never consider purchasing from this Pandora store again. I intend to share my unfortunate experience with friends and family to ensure they're aware of the poor service I received."
