"AMAZING store! Every person on the staff is so friendly, knowledgeable, and passionate about their craft. The selection of crystals is absolutely unreal. And of course, they also carry a fantastic variety of taxidermy, Oracle and tarot decks, candles, incense, figurines, and anything else your witchy little heart could ever dream of. I went in the other day and regretted not purchasing a particular stone, and Jazmin was kind enough to find that specific one ship it over to me! Please, go support this wonderful local business. "Cast a Stone is a fantastic store for all your metaphysical needs. They have the staples - crystals, statues, decks, herbs, etc. They also have many unique and rare finds such as taxidermy, local soaps and teas, and the most incredible natural crystal combinations. "We LOVE cast a stone , My boyfriend collects rocks so we go here often and the staff are truly lovely . They are always knowledgeable, helpful, and overall the vibe of the shop is amazing. They know what my boyfriend likes to collect now and when he comes in they show him all the new things they think he will like (but never pressure him to spend a ton or push things too much) I’ve found fun gifts and trinkets for my family members here too ! "Absolutely wonderful experience start to finish! I ordered rose quartz rune stones and they are AMAZING quality! Someone contacted me personally via email and I felt like they really cared about making sure I was happy and that I knew manufacturing time would be a bit (it was very nice to be keep in the loop!). "Ok- don't get me wrong, I am thrilled to have a metaphysical store in such a close, convenient location. This store is filled with rare items. Lots of crystals, tarot & oracle cards, crystal jewelry, statues, knickknacks, candles, the list goes on & on. The prices are pretty high though. Especially when you pay $20.- for a man made crystal & black rope chain, only for it to fall off my neck the very same day I bought it!- I was a customer in this store 2 days in a row, 3 times alone just this week! And spent almost $200.- here. When returning to the store to buy a new pendent, due to the last one falling off my neck, the very same day I bought it. I proceeded to tell the both of the owners the story of what had happened with my necklace and was basically given a, "that shouldn't happen...well thanks for letting me know", & proceeded to chargee full price AGAIN. When I reminded him that I had been in the store 3 times alone this week, the owner basically ignored me.. ? It was then when I saw the tiny sign, literally down by your feet, at the register. Thw sign states- "No returns, refunds, or exchanges, on any items." Some of the items in this store, are hundreds of dollars!- To see how they purposely seemed to, "hide", the sign about no returns etc etc, was a huge turn off. To see the lack of care whatsoever, by the owners, that my item I bought in that same day, had fallen right off my neck.. Was well, to say the least, irritating. They do not stand behind their products or the quality of their products. Nor do they care too much about their regular customers, who shop and BUY, regularly in their store.. ? It's a cool, unique store.. Just basically need to work on their customer service it seems?"
