"I was just in the store 12/5 and witnessed a terrible display between the owner and a customer. The customer had purchased a BRAND NEW ITEM 3 days ago, she got home and it did it work, she had obviously called and spoken to the owner to let him know about the situation and he said he would replace with a display item. When she saw the display item, it was very dusty as it had been out for sometime and understandably she did not want it. The store clerk had to call the owner to verify this and the owner refused to give her a refund! This is a terrible practice! I understand being a small business but you need to stand behind your product! My family and I who were about to purchase several items walked out… honestly will never be back knowing he treats his customers so poorly."
