"This review is specifically for Naomi who works in the Kitchen Department. First, I booked the wrong style of appointment for the small project I was working on, but she assisted anyways. She provided a lot of insight into how to order anything from IKEA (which is not found on their website). She made a $350 cabinet sale in comparison to the thousands $$ people usually spend, but I felt heard and helped by her. Excellent customer service, would make me want to buy anything from IKEA."

"Love this place. We spent almost three hours looking at everything. I went with a friend and we really enjoyed the day. We both bought several things. I bought a rug and some dishes."

"It took me a while to understand the naming system but after that I was able to use the app to design closet layout and get the parts associated with it. I do recommend that you order large orders to be delivered instead of taking it yourself. For smaller orders it will be fun, just be ready to spend some time exploring. Do not miss on eating at the cafeteria. It's an experience by itself. You get a cart and go sit picking up the dishes you want and then stop by cashier to pay then grab a table and enjoy. The swedish meatballs are great."

"Love Ikea! Finally was able to get my daughter to take a trip there with me and now she is hooked. Great way to explore options for living spaces. Incorporating your ideas with many different ones. Great prices and just overall fun experience. Just be prepared to be immersed for quite awhile as it's kind of like a maze. 2 hours later you can check out and leave. Love it here!"
