"Completely incompetent. Went in for a simple watch battery replacement and now my watch is broken. Owner took no responsibility but my watch worked when I walked in and didn't when I walked out. Wouldn't trust these idiots with anything valuable. Brought my watch to an authorized repair shop for my brand of watch and had the battery replaced no problem after recovering the conductive film that was removed by Bellini in error. Owner trying to say the watch was broken before he touched the watch which is a complete lie. No responsibility taken. Stay away from this shop."

"I am a first time customer, I visited the store to have a chain repaired. I was quoted a price of $35.00 & given a time frame in which the chain would be repaired. Not only was the chain repaired on time but, the price was adjusted in my favor ( it only cost me $15,00) I was pleasantly surprised that the store actually adjusted the price cause they were able to salvage a piece of the chain saving me the additional cost!!! I took the time to write this review cause of the store^s honesty & the great job they did on my chain!!! It was and overall great experience!!! Kudos to you Bellinii Jewelers."
