"Don't buy furniture from the Ashley's store in Dartmouth mass When there is a problem with a factory Defect they do not want to replace the furniture They want to repair it in your house. My husband and me spent over $5000. 2 pieces of the sectional. Were Defective they sent a technician to the house He stated on his report that the furniture was defective. The ashley store Lied and said he wrote something else on his Report, and that's why they were fixing the furniture and not replacing it. After speaking to tri-county furniture repair company. I found out that this was not the case. Ashley furniture will not replace furniture if it is defective. They want to fix it in your house. Do not shop here. You can get the furniture cheaper online or from a different furniture company who will stand by their furniture. Because they don't and don't even pay attention to the response to this complaint on Google because they send out a generic response saying thank you for your comments. Please send your information to us and we will get back to you. We have reached out to them several times and all they do is give the run around that is exactly what they will do to you. We have already contacted the better business bureau and the federal trade commission on them our only hope Is that they will go out of business. So they don't do anything like this to anyone else. Because they are clearly doing this to others if you read their reviews you will see that They do not stand by their furniture or their customers."
