"It shows that these people get minimum wage because they put in minimum effort in helping customers. The female at the front desk, Christina/Kristina, will treat you like a brick wall since she is dealing with her own insecurities. Find good, happy people. She's miserable and shouldn't be the face of your business."

"I would totally join this place because I live one minute away. I can’t join though because the group fitness schedule is awful and this gym does not even attempt to add more classes. If you work regular hours (8-6 Monday-Friday) you will see class options are limited, and that it is not worth paying money for maybe 2-3 classes that you could POTENTIALLY make. I am positive there has been a lot of comments saying people would join if there were actually a good selection of classes. I’ve heard the spin classes that do exist sell out so fast, and that you have to get to the gym really early because there’s no option to sign up for classes like ever single other gym around here. I gave feedback last spring that i would join here if the schedule improved, and was told they received the same feedback from many others. Unfortunately they haven’t acted upon that."

"Beware of Redwood Personal Training. It is the worst experience I've ever had - the main office is unprofessional. At the gym, you'll never get what you promised before signing - no tracking the progress, health checkups, weight checks etc. Your trainer could miss the sessions without prior notice. Redwood managers could respond for weeks to your requests, and it's only possible to cancel the agreement with huge fees. The gym is ok - the main area is quite clean, and the staff is nice and always friendly. ​"

"I've had a membership here for just about a year but I've just really started using the facility regularly this last month (you know new year new me). The staff is always friendly and welcoming especially the General Manager Kristina. The facility is nice and clean and I love "the cage". I've also just obtained a trainer through Redwood and I absolutely love my trainers Milan and Eddie. They have both been attentive to my pre -existing injuries and are just as excited about me reaching my goals. Sometimes you just need some cheerleaders in your corner to help motivate you with reassuring feedback and mini praises. I am familiar with exercising and working out and even being trained but, its been a few years since I've really worked on myself. The level of comfort I feel with my trainers make me so excited about this lifestyle change. I cant wait for my next sessions and just this overall journey."

"Great location and for the size it has a good selection of free weights, machines, and cardio equipment. Only downfall is still requiring a mask, even with vaccination card. Otherwise, I would go with 5 stars."
