"I would give zero stars if it was possible. 1st they have a note at the counter saying that if you pay by credit card, there is a 3.5% extra charge but if you pay by cash, nu extra charge but when I tried to pay cash, the lady said that it's not what the note says, usually I would of walked away without purchasing anything anymore but since I wanted to get a gift for my wife, I paid the extra charge. Well, my wife didn't like the present since the colors of the 7 chakra's didn't match to what her meditation is about and the wife tried to return it they refused to take it back since I didn't had the receipt anymore (receipt that I wasn't given when I purchased it because the charging machine wasn't working properly, I should of know better), they didn't even want to give us store credit and the lady was also rude to my wife. Talking about karma and selling scrolls about karma, wish you the best but won't go back there."

"If people looked up the items online before purchasing anything in this store, this store would go out of business. You can literally find almost everything on Amazon or a similar site for about 1/2 the price of less. This place is such a rip off. If you’re going to charge such premium prices at least sell unique stuff."

"I stumbled on the store in the Mall of NH “by accident” one day. They have some of the most beautiful raw crystals and a selection of everything you need to adjust energy in your space- from figures to decorations, incense, you name it... The store is truly a blessing! Great vibes"
