"We placed an order for 3 bracelets and after a few weeks received a CAD for one of them. After a few months, we cancelled the other 2 bracelets because they had not sent us any images (they charged us for CAD work and prototyping for these bracelets). We continued with the one bracelet since they seemed to be moving along with (an enamel bracelet with hinge), but after 5 months of waiting to get a sample of it with sporadic communication, we cut our losses and cancelled the order. We much prefer working with our other partners on 47th street, jadocrown. I would've expected some kind of apology considering how much time the piece took and how long it took for them to respond to every email (Weeks). I am sure their quality is amazing; but timely deadlines and responsive, attentive customer service make all the difference, and I don't feel they have this."
