"This place is nothing but an amazing experience , i took my 2 year old for her birthday and lets just say her attitude was not the best seeing she just woke up but the lady who greeted us in the front i am so sorry i forgot her name she had a braid bun but she was AMAZING!!!! my daughter never goes to anyone she is unfamiliar with but she made her feel so safe and welcomed she forgot all about me!! that shows so much in a persons energy and it was there 100% . we enjoyed every moment , thank you all again for the great memories and for making it the highlight of my sweet girls day!!!!"

"My 6 year old had a blast. Staff was attentive to the kids. Front desk person was not personable to my guests. Front desk person was standoffish and lacked personality which was weird because the atmosphere is so light and fun. A lot of my guests brought her attitude to my attention. Overall, the atmosphere is cute and clean and the kids really had a great time. Customer service could be better, 50% chance i’ll host another party there."

"We hosted our four year old's birthday party here. The experience exceeded expectations. The location was very well decorated. It was clean. The staff was very attentive to my daughter and all of her friends. We got the tea spa package. The princess loves their manicure and pedicure. They had a tea party with cookies. The location was spacious enough for them to play games, do crafts and a c private room for eating and having cake. I can't say enough great things about this location. Everything was luxurious and premium. There was parking next door. Great value for money spent. I will recommend this to every little girl."
