"Fantastic gym! This gym has everything you need from weights, workout classes, fun and high energy spin classes, Debbie is the best- we are so lucky to have her! Pool & Sauna time! Lots of great members too! But most of all what keeps us happy is Ally at the front desk! She is the first person you see when you check in the morning and what a pleasure it is to know that LA finally got the right person! If you need anything she will get it done! I have been a member here for 12 years and there has been constant turnover at the front desk which can lead to lots of chaos! Hoping LA takes note of this message and appreciates Allys dedication to provide a seamless day to day experience for all the members. Keeping us all healthy."
"I was looking for a second job from LA Fitness. I met with operations manager Ally Harrington to discuss the position. Sat through an interview with the operations manager and was offered a job on the spot. I asked if I could have time to consider and this was agreed upon. Within 24 hours, I asked if there was flexibility in the pay. I received no response. When I continued to prompt for a response, it was given that because the job was commissioned, there was not. I then accepted the position. I heard nothing about how to begin onboarding. I continued to reach out about how to begin onboarding but received no response. I called and texted the operations manager but received no responses. I finally went in to talk to the operations manager again and was greeted coldly & rudely and informed they were "going in a different direction." Until I came in, there was no attempt to reach out, no attempt to inform me. I requested the number of the district manager Brian and am awaiting a response. I am floored by the rudeness and coldness of the operations manager of this facility. The ineptitude and disrespect that I received during this process was on full display. I have text messages to corroborate this experience and feel this is unbecoming of a manager of a facility. I am a brand new member to your facility and am completely disheartened in the handling of this situation."
"Much love to my guy Frandy He got me setup a couple Months back and now I’m on pace to being in the BEST shape of my life….he’s always answered questions with ease and has always been a pleasure to Speak with….the whole team really is great they have all the equipment you need and more and of course the atmosphere is filled with tons of people chasing the same fitness goals and aspirations….I’m very appreciative of this location and will continue to come here not only for the Gym but the overall Hospitality"
"My experience with LA Fitness in Walpole has been overwhelmingly disappointing. The facility is plagued with numerous issues that seriously hinder the overall gym experience. Firstly, the broken and malfunctioning equipment is a constant frustration. It's frustrating to come in for a workout only to find that a significant portion of the machines are inoperable or in need of repair. This not only wastes time but also raises concerns about safety. The cleanliness of the facility is another concern. I've noticed that the gym often lacks the meticulous attention it should receive. There are times when the cleanliness and hygiene standards fall short, making the entire environment less appealing and potentially unhygienic. Moreover, the outdated machines and free weights are a significant letdown. Many of them are not only outdated but also broken or malfunctioning, posing potential risks to users. This lack of maintenance is simply unacceptable for a fitness facility of this caliber. Regrettably, I've also had unpleasant interactions with some of the employees. Rude and unhelpful staff members can easily deter anyone from enjoying their gym visits. Their customer service needs a considerable improvement. In summary, LA Fitness in Walpole falls short in various critical aspects. The broken equipment, poor cleanliness, outdated and malfunctioning machines, and the discourteous behavior of some employees have seriously compromised the quality of my gym experience. I sincerely hope that these issues are addressed promptly to create a more positive and inviting environment for members."
