"I give this place 5 stars for one reason. Her name is Pam she is so helpful and no pressure type. We spent 20009$ over a couple years and got our wedding rings there. Last time I went I asked for Pam but she wasn't there. I got a taller bigger lady Kim I think. She was very high pressure so I got my diamond cross and my wife got her new gold ring somewhere else. If your planning a trip only go when pams there."

"Our first time checking out this jewelry store. We had a super friendly and knowledgeable woman named Sharon help us look for a specific ring. She was very patient and helpful. It seems like she’s been working there a long time and knows her jewelry. She even made us a replica of the ring we were going to order. They have a machine that will make you a plastic mold of a personalized design, that you can try on before placing your order. I would definitely recommend this store. They have great sales too!"

After expressing my frustration, Sharon agreed replacing the band (thanks lifetime warranty!) was going to be my best option!
