"This store is great for younger kids, specifically girls between the ages of 6-10 but any ages may like something. Would not recommend getting your ears pierced here as infections are common. You'd be better off going to an actual piercing shop. Most of the items here are pretty pricey as well, but that could be just for me."

"My best friend and I got our ears pierced here yesterday. Olivia pierced our ears and was training another girl who I forget the name of, maybe Jess or Julia? They were both incredibly kind and very easy to talk to and made the experience one thousand times better. They were out of the earrings we wanted but they found ones just like it only called a different name. Highly recommend getting your ears pierced here, professional, extremely sweet, and super easy to talk to."

"My daughter had her ears pierced at this location. The woman who originally pierced her ears was GREAT...unfortunately I forget her name. Very friendly, patient, and made my daughter feel at ease. 2 days later my daughter ripped one of her earrings out by accident. For over an hour I tried to put it back in myself with no luck. I ended up calling Claire's directly to ask for advice. My call was answered by PAM the manager. She was soooo nice! It was 20 minutes till closing and she told us to come down and she would re-pierce her ear for us no problem. She said it would only take a minute. We rushed in, sat down, she was waiting for us...all set up and everything. She was very nice to my daughter and fixed the problem in less than 60 seconds. Good customer service is hard to come by these days so I wanted to write something nice about this shop. Very refreshing to be treated like that by more than one employee of a store. If your tween/teen likes Claire's bring her to this one!"
