"I called to see if Naser could change a watch battery that would normally be sent to the manufacturer for the work. They were up front with bring causing if the battery change but if I wanted the previous 1000m water resistance it would need to be sent out for a fee. I also asked for my wedding ring set to be changed and polished and they found some sharp edges that were the cause of done discomfort. My rings came back and are stunning - and comfortable again.
