"Brought in a 14k gold bracelet for a clasp repair. I was told I will need to leave my bracelet at Tolbies Jewelry and received a hand written slip describing the necessary repair. I picked up the bracelet, which was not my bracelet, in fact, a much lesser valued gold bracelet than the one I had dropped off to repair! Tolbies denied any liability or knowledge of anything to do with my missing bracelet. I was told that was my gold bracelet! (I know my own bracelet jewelry Tolbie!) I will never go to Tolbies Jewelry ever again with my gold jewelry! I had no reason to lie about my bracelet. In fact, I should have called the police on the spot. The customer is always right! Stand behind your customers. That's how to build a reputable business. Because of the business practices at Tolbies Jewelry, I no longer "drop off" my gold jewelry, anywhere, for repairs. On site repair, and in front of me, or no deal! This customer is long gone and wiser! Buyer beware!"

I have a charm that a friend of mine always admired and commented how she would love to find one like it . I tried to get her one not available anywhere. He was able to create one and what an absolutely gorgeous job he did. When I gave her that gift she was more than moved she so absolutely loves it. I so appreciated him because this friend had done so much for me over the years it meant so much to me to be able to gift her in this way. That is in my opinion a phenomenal human being and business man. Really knows his stuff."
