"I cannot say enough how well I was treated right from the inset. I called up on a Wednesday to get a recliner and they said they couldn't deliver it till the next week and I said that I had that particular day falling down the stairs and broken my ankle and I really needed it to elevate if there was any way they could get it to me by Friday. The salesman I spoke with over the phone was very helpful and very nice and said he would request that. Well to my amazement they fulfilled that request and I got my chair on Friday. For a big company to do that, seeing as the chair was in stock in Connecticut, I am totally impressed. They're communication from the time of purchase was exemplary up until the delivery truck pulled in. The delivery. People were were very cordial and nice and made swift work of delivering it. Too bad more companies weren't like this. The only thing that could have been better was if someone actually called me on the phone..... Now that is old school. They introduce themselves and shadow you with any questions you have. They don’t put pressure on you knowing this may be one of your days off and I for sure am not looking to hounded about a purchase. Feel if your purpose is to be real and straight forward and be honest with the associate finding what interests you.. well this is the place to go for reasonable price and great products. "I love the showroom and the expediency in which the sales rep was willing to work with me. My only complaint is the month long wait to receive the item I chose. I fully understand the warehouse process and that not everything can be convenient but, a month seems a bit long for a popular item. If it's that popular, there should be a reserve of those models ready to go. And if it's not that popular, then the placard should describe the wait time involved for that model. Otherwise, I had a great experience! Thank you."
