"Well stocked and not so busy on a Saturday night well staffed and a quick check out. There is plenty of Christmas stock available. Again found what I was looking for and then some including some little items to finish some birthday shopping including coloring books and a couple hot wheels cars from a huge selection. Snow and ice well cleared with easy and convenient accessible parking and automatic doors."
"One aisle was “blocked off” with no sign saying it was, the only thing that’s could have “said” it was closed off was with one cart thing in each end barley blocking the aisle, and as I was exiting this NASTY and RUDE working comes yelling “Do not walk down the aisle I have the aisle blocked off for a reason do not walk down it” in this so rude and so nasty tone, I have been to many of the dollar stores and I have NEVER been treated with such little human decency. She then walked near us and didn’t apologize. This was SO unprofessional of this worker."
"If there was negative rating, that's what I will give to this store simply because of ONE employee. Resident of Westford here, and I always preferred going to Westford store instead of Dollar Tree in Acton or Groton (both close by). Had very bad experience because of one store associate "Jessica". She was extremely rude when I went to return some merchandise bought just a day back. I was not even asking for refund - I was buying 3 times more merchandise in exchange and the return was unopened/with original receipt. The entire transaction was a nightmare. I would have tolerated reluctance over returns but Jessica was extremely rude and clearly racist and she behaved in very insulting manner in front of my daughter. The part which angers me the most, my teenage daughter got a glimpse of racism - thanks to Jessica (at Dollar Tree, Westford - 06/29 @ 8:45PMET), now my daughter will never forget this experience and probably got her mind polluted with racist behavior forever. Never going back to this store - Store #7698"
"Be aware with this store if you are black, the manager assumes that you are here to steal stuff and start following you around. I’m an African American woman who went to get some beach balloons with my 3 years old girl. The manager Jessica was rude to us as soon we came into the door. My daughter and I was looking around to see what we can get. My daughter picked up a dog toy. Then rip the tags off by accident. I took the toy dog away with the tag from her and put it back where all the other messy stuff were. When the manager came and accused me ripping tags of things. When she clearly saw it was a little girl who accidentally did it. She asked me to leave the store. This the worst store to go to. The manager was disrespectful and racism towards people of color."
"At first I couldn’t say enough about the new manager of this store. He has cleaned it up. Aisle are organized and stocked, waiting lines are minimal. That all changed this weekend. I ran in to get a holiday bag. The store is bursting with shoppers (which is a great sign) and employees adding stock and straightening shelves. I go to check out and see the line is 20 people (yes, 20) deep winding down an aisle and there is only one check out person. An employee walks by and I said can you ask the manager to bring another person up to help checkout customers? He said no, we are waiting for a delivery truck. We wait in line 20 min (still no delivery truck) and finally see the front of the line. The manager walks by and we tell him about the wait and tell him to look down the aisle as the line is still 20 people deep. He mumbles it’s the time of year and everyone is short staffed and walks away. Again there are at least 3 employees who are in the store not checking people out who could be called up to help clear the line. When we finally get to the cashier, the manager walks up, without looking at me, says to the cashier, if people start complaining tell them to leave, we don’t need them in our store! He walked away, then came back a said it again very loudly this time. I was stunned, what kind of management style is this? How is he teaching good customer service to these over worked and under paid employees? Lastly what!? What kind of store manager would insult a customer? What a jerk, you better believe that everyone in line heard him and made comments that they would go else where, including me. So sad to see someone become a total jerk for no reason."
