"Bobs discount furniture has the absolute worst customer service I have ever seen. Bobs discount furniture has the absolute worst customer service I have ever seen. I have to update this review after being contacted by customer service. As you can see below, they respond to these reviews as if they will correct things and make it right. Well I can confirm after speaking with more than one manager they cannot fix anything because their system is broken. They have proven to me that they do not care about their customers and they in fact have NO customer service. They have cost me so much wasted time and money (after two months I still have not received a refund for the broken items they sent me) and they have outright stated that they will do nothing about it and they understand that I will never use them again. I cannot emphasize this enough, DO NOT USE BOBS DISCOUNT FURNITURE. It will only wind up costing you time and money."

"Regarding service, Bobby was awesome helping me with my online order. Unfortunately, the SKU # online was not showing the correct bed frame size, and she went above and beyond to find another that was the exact size, better, and above all cheaper! I had an excellent 1st time experience because she prevented me getting the wrong bed frame. Despite that, I'm totally happy with the service."

"Excellent Experience! Tom F. provided my wife and I. Update 01/16/24 Bob's dropped the ball big time. Placed order 44 days ago. Delivered items today and the right arm piece of our sectional sofa was delivered with the wrong item. Now we have to wait again for the correct item that we already paid for. It is very difficult to also get help on the phone. I should have spent more money and went with a more professional service it's too bad because the salesman Tom F from the store was entirely top-notch but delivery failed. Customer service told me they grabbed the correct box but it was wrong inside. EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL DELIVERY SERVICE. they wanted to leave the incorrect item in my home till they return in a few days! Our wall was damaged as they took out the wrong piece. My wife attempted to speak to them but none of them spoke English. I am very upset."

"We are so glad we went to Bobs last night. We was greeted by a nice friendly employee named Sabrina G. Wonderful woman very friendly, patient and down to earth and laughed with me and girlfriend. We explained what we wanted and got what we wanted 300 dollars less. She knows what you want if you tell her. Very professional I recommend Sabrina G. If you’re reading this. Happy holidays"
