"They have a calculator on there site that shows a price 3 times higher then what they offer once they have your jewelry. Local shop offered me two e what they had when I called back in to ask for my jewelry back they said they could beat the offer I had from the local shop. They jumped from $235 they offered me initially to $615. I'm glad because I got kinda what I expected but I still think they are scammers because I'm sure others don't negotiate and just go with whatever they offer off the back and it's always super low."

"Horrible customer service. I received no communication when I sent my item in. I had to reach out via text because their chat function on their website, even during business hours, would not work. they also supposedly have a tracking function on the website but there’s no where to insert the tracking number in the field that they say is there in order to track it. No one would email me back. Finally, someone gave me my tracking number through text. I received my offer and excepted it on Monday. Now it’s Friday and I still have not received a check. No one will tell me when I should expect that check. I am very upset at how this all has been handled. It makes me wonder if I’m being scammed. My offer was a lot lower than I had expected and I had no idea that I can negotiate. So I feel quite cheated out of the fact that I could’ve negotiated for the price that I feel was more acceptable."
