Reviews of Rogers Jewelry
"Rogers is the best!! Excellent customer service. Truly knowledgeable and honest. From Watch batteries to jewelry repair and sales they do it all. They are reasonable as well. Great lifelong business of Quincy!!"
"I popped into this jewelry store a couple of days ago as I was running errands and I was so impressed with the customer service I received. I was welcomed into the store by the friendliest staff, and their gemologist, Jeff, was incredibly knowledgeable. He certainly knows his stuff! I highly recommend stopping in here if you are in the area."
"I had some jewelry to sell, some jewelry to fix, and a couple of things to buy. I shopped around and went to many highly-recommended local jewelers. Not only did Jeff at Rogers give me the best price for the jewelry I wanted to sell, but he exhibited incredibly high integrity in his processes and procedures. I was so impressed! He was above and beyond the other jewelers I went to by miles! He also took a lot of time with me even though I walked out without selling or buying anything, because I was still doing my research. So he spent almost an hour with me and got nothing out of it and was very kind about it. And when I returned a couple of days later, he was welcoming, just as helpful, and went above and beyond for me. Like I said, I did the legwork and compared him to other jewelers, and he is now my go-to jeweler. I told my husband to stop using any other jewelers and just go to Jeff at Rogers, and I would say that to anyone else. He was so honest about things he did not need to be honest about. For example, I asked him to look at the prongs on the rings that I wear every day, and he noticed that two stones in one ring are broken. But you could only tell under the microscope. But under the microscope, WOW! They are broken!!! He had, at that point, just purchased some jewelry from me, so he knew I had some money and could have very, very easily convinced me to replace those stones. Instead, he suggested I wait until one of the stones falls out and then replace both of them. There was no need to make that suggestion when he could have made money on the spot. But he did the right thing, because you cannot tell that they're broken unless you're looking under a microscope. So I was very impressed with him as a human, as a merchant, and as a quality jeweler. I would say take advantage of all the legwork I did (and we're talking about four days and many many hours of shoppinug around) and save yourself the time and just go to Jeff."
"I had been shopping on the internet for an engagement ring when a friend told me about Rogers. I had no idea I would get a better price for a better quality diamond at a store right in my town. Jeff, the owner, spent over an hour teaching me about diamonds and mountings. I got a great deal and they have been in business for a long time. I will never go anywhere else, I highly recommend Rogers."
"Highly recommended! Jeff helped me select and design a wedding band to wear with my heirloom ring. Using stones from my old band, a custom band was made that perfectly sets off my heirloom ring. Also sold some old jewelry and got a VERY completive price. If not for a competitor (DeScenza) suggesting Rogers Jewelry to me I would never have found this lovely store. Don't let the small size of the store fool you- the selection is better than larger stores."
