My grandfather was a jeweler and taught me a lot, so I had a pretty good idea of what to expect. Kayla and Matt have surpassed my expectations. They are the most honest and upfront jewelers I have found and they treat you like family from the very beginning. Actually, they treat you better than family. You’re not just a customer here, they build a relationship with you from the very beginning. Kayla helped me design the ring to make sure it was unique and fit my style. Further than helping with design, they KNOW what they’re talking about. I generally ask a lot of questions but they go beyond giving a simple answer, always making sure they explain everything thoroughly. I have been to jewelers in Miami and in the northeast area, and always left disappointed, but not here. I cannot recommend Nasr enough. The pricing is great, specially for custom jewelry, and they always make sure to work within your budget. Every single time I leave their store, I leave with a smile ear to ear. They have gained my business for years and years to come."
