Bernie gave us so much of his time and expertise when it came to designing our ring, and we couldn’t be happier with how it turned out. He was so kind and professional during all of our interactions, and he made sure to provide me with as much space and time I needed to decide on a design, which I really appreciated given how important and special this process was. Not only are we over the moon about having a perfect engagement ring, but we feel good about supporting a family business that has been serving our community for so long. The man & woman that worked there were so friendly and said they could absolutely polish up my bracelets. They had them done in one day and they look brand new!!! "Bernie was great to work with. The band on a ring cracked and he was very upfront on his ability to fix it, the risks to the stones in it, and offered a fair price. The ring probably has more sentimental value than cash value and he was very understanding and sensitive to that. And the turnaround time was incredibly quick. He fixed the ring and no stones were damaged in the process. I had the opportunity to meet his wife and adorable puppy as well. It is a truly great family business in the community.
