Now the staff in there is a totally different story the older couple there are great they work with u with everything show u whatever you want and even work with you on the price if its reasonable. On the other hand THE SON (THE ONE THAT WORKS IN THE BACK ROOM) "FIXING THE JEWELRY " HE HAS NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ALL ALSO HE COMES OUT SOMETIMES AND " TRY TO HELP CUSTOMERS " HE HAS NO PATIENCE AND ITS RUDE AND SEEMS TO BE SO AGREVATED TO HAVE TO DO HIS JOB SO FOR THIS REASON I STOP GOING THERE AS MUCH OR IF I GO THERE WHEN I WALK IN AND HE COMES UP TO ME I RATHER WALK RIGHT BACK OUT."
