"Ordered jewelry from this vendor via Saks 5th Ave online. The vendor accidentally shipped the product to my billing address instead of my shipping address. I understand that errors occur which is fine, however when I initially called them to inquire about the situation, they quickly brushed me off the phone without taking a minute to pull up my FedEx tracking number. Even if they are only the 3rd party vendor, being cordial goes a long way. I was just investigating, not blaming. Satisfied with product ordered so far, just disappointed with the customer service."
