"My father has been going to Diamagold for years and years on end, and I have never been a jewelry girl. However, three years ago my fiance proposed to me and during this past Christmas, and we spent our time wondering where to start for our wedding bands. My father straight away recommended Bob at Diamagold, and we could not have been happier. From our first visit, Bob was unbelievable friendly and helpful through our ring selection process. He had informed us that, unfortunately now, he no longer has a large selection of wedding bands pre-made in store. However, he looked at my fiance and me and told us he may have something that is our style, after we had explained that we are not very jewelry savvy. He explained to us that the ring is an older style and made from a company that he does not work with anymore, so we decided to ask about a custom, matching wedding band for my fiance. Through the process, he was able to inform us of pricing and give us the knowledge we needed to understand the ring making process as well as the value of the material it is made from. We spoke about pricing and the options that were available for this custom ring and once we set a price, we began our payments towards the ring (which Bob so kindly offered). We are so thankful for his professionalism through the whole ring making process, especially when there was a delay in the ring making production due to a machine flaw as well as a blizzard in the local forecast. We were notified all steps of the way and couldn’t be more thankful. Bob’s passion for jewelry should not go unnoticed; he truly loves and is well educated in his trade! His ability to listen and provide what the customer needs based on their personal style is absolutely amazing.
