"Not only are their services overpriced, but they lost a piece of my grandpa's engagement ring, and refused to give us a refund or a discount on their services. They also botched two ring resizings. They seem nice, but I would not recommend going with them."

"From start to finish, this business and everyone in it was absolutely wonderful to work with for custom-making an engagement ring. We came with family stones and they were incredibly respectful of them without pushing us to need to buy their stones anything along those lines. They were all incredibly patient (especially Sara!) as we went back and forth with many iterations on designs that we wanted, and we are THRILLED with the final product. We're working on another project with them immediately afterward too :) Would definitely recommend."

"Unfortunately need to leave a less than 5 star review for the work done here. We picked up a wedding band a couple of weeks before our wedding and noticed that it looked a little thin. We brought it back thinking that we had made a mistake in what we ordered when it became clear that the studio had made the ring almost a full millimeter less wide than what we had ordered. The team immediately went to fix the mistake but did not offer any discounts for the inconvenience or to show they stood behind their work. We recommend checking all specifications when picking up!"

"Best experience here, would recommend this charming local business to anyone! Right away I could tell how much everyone truly cared about their work and that we’d be happy with the final result. My now fiancé and I worked with Gwen to create my engagement ring and we basically co-created it right in the store (at no extra cost for customizing too)! She helped us try on a bunch of different rings and draw out some ideas until we landed on one which was super fun. I also love that they use antique diamonds vs creating or finding new ones. It turned out so beautiful and I couldn’t be happier ✨I will definitely be back for our wedding bands and other future jewelry."

"The absolute best experience. I met with Gwen. She helped size me for engagement rings, and I tried on a wide range to get a better feel for what I liked. She was extremely calming and welcoming. There was zero pressure to buy something bigger or more expensive than I was considering (which I was a bit worried about), and the experience overall was lovely. Then my now-fiancé (woohoo!) set a meeting with her, and they ended up designing the perfect ring together. We are now engaged, and the ring is a dream (sapphire stone, gold band)."
