"Terrible place to go!! Please don’t go here even if you want the simplest thing done. Went in to get a watch adjusted and they wouldn’t even do it. Very RUDE and NOT professional. I guess if your not paying $100’s or $1,000’s of dollars here your not getting any service and your not being treated with respect. Very disappointed and very unfortunate for them."

"My daughters name plate chain was dropped off to be repaired over a week ago and you have not returned my calls, emails, and have not been open at the shop. My boyfriend has gone by several times and no signage has been posted about closing. We need her chain back immediately to take elsewhere to be fixed. Lack of communication is very upsetting. Update: 2 weeks later and still no necklace, has stated necklace was ready after multiple calls and emails and said he was open 2 times now and have stopped by the shop and he was closed. DO NOT GO HERE! Will be filing a report."

"Purchased a few things from here when I first moved to Dracut 4 years ago, fine experience. Went there a year and half ago to get my watch battery replaced for $25 for my Movado everything was fine as well . Went in there yesterday to get the battery replaced again and was told the battery replacement is $45. I’ve never heard of a battery replacement costing that much. I luckily still have my receipt to prove that I paid $25 but the owner insisted that he doesn’t charge that much for a battery replacement. I’m no longer going here for jewelry or repair/replacements."
