"My favorite place! I'm already missing the long time manager, Dean, but looking forward to working with the new one! Holly is my favorite salesperson. They are very easy to do business with, either buying, selling, or trading up! Wish they offered more estate pieces, but that of course varies by what walks through the door. Like all jewelry stores, wait if you can for their "sales," which are very often. Tell them what you are looking for, and they will get it for you! Found them to much more affordable to upside rings than a competitor. Hannoush quoted about half the price of the store down the street."

"Meh. Their rings are gorgeous and my parents always had a good experience with them but they are very sneaky. I had them measure my finger and confirm the size. We were told some diamonds would need to be removed to have it fit accordingly (and a price reduction due to the fact). However, they did not order my size, but a 1/4 bigger and no diamonds were removed (shocker)!!! So we paid full price and I still wear an engagement ring that doesn’t fit me properly. Annoying & disappointing."
