Pride Kia Service

"This is my third Kia from Pride Kia and believe me I will not be buying a Kia ever again. My engine light came on at 71,000 miles. There was no shaking and seemed to be no problem with the car, but of course, I was very concerned and wanted to get it looked at as soon as I could. I called Pride Kia And had trouble getting in touch with them and when I did they gave me an appointment for November 13. They said they couldn’t touch it until then. But that’s OK, it’s my third car from them. I take pride in my cars and take good care of them. So I’m supposed to drive around with my engine light on for over a month and a half. Commonwealth Kia wouldn’t touch it because I didn’t buy it there and now it is sitting in Burlington. the camshaft is gone and some other kind of part. I have a 2018 Kia Sportage. I bought it brand new. Before that I leased two Sorrento’s. The second one I had problems with but it was a lease. I cannot believe how all the Kia service departments are. I would never ever buy another Kia again by the way I’ve been treated. I kind of feel like once they get your money, it’s like see you later."

Kia even washed and vacuumed my car. Jay scheduled my next oil change for me and showed me how to use the electric start that I had t been able to figure out."
