"I went today I’ll give credit they fixed my back screen IPhone 13 successfully. However this was my first time going to this place within this store and the guys customer service skill could certainly use some improvement. I wanted to go to AT&T to upgrade my phone so I needed this screen fixed ideally ASAP. When I looked at reviews online I thought it could be solved within one hour. He said it takes 3 hours AT&T is closed after 6pm on Sunday so I was a little upset yet was still respectful but when I was trying to explain my situation to him it felt like he was very dismissive of me. It ended up costing 212 dollars. If I wasn’t desperate to get the screen fixed I would’ve went somewhere else. He should have a little more people skills and a little more friendly especially when a customer still willingly to pay a pricy fix for the service. Wish yall the best though just being honest I didn’t like his attitude though."
