"UPDATE..... I FINALLY Got in touch with someone. Once I was able to get a contact person, she was very thorough and returned my calls promptly. As far as the work performed, their work was fantastic! They checked the lines and didn't find any leaks. Their diver came by the same day that I called him. He immediately found 2 holes in my liner. He also quickly identified a broken plug in the main drain. My pool has held water for the last 3 days! As a result, I'm changing my rating to a 5! Thank you Family Pools........ OLD review....I left a message for them to call me about a problem with a leak in my pool at 9:04 yesterday. I've called 7 times between yesterday and today only to get voice-mail. It's frustrating to contact them because they do a good job if you can ever get in touch with them. I haven't done business with them in the past 5 years for the same reason. Some things never change, I guess."

"Top notch business. They had parts I needed when no one else had them. And they have knowledgeable staff who had answers for all of my questions."

"Once they get your money you are on your own. Constant issues since the initial build and I they could care less. Electrical fire, multiple broken pipes, and poor planning around structure. I would not use Family Pool again."

"I have been meaning to write this review for a while, but essentially, Family Pools has been fantastic to work with! I began the process 2 years ago when Paul first came out to meet with me to talk about installing a pool. Paul has been amazing to work with-- he answered all my questions (which were a lot over the 2 years!) and always returned calls and texts promptly. Seriously, in all our work with contractors over the years, Paul was the best in terms of knowledge, patience, and timeliness. The install was delayed due to Covid but again, the install team was great. When I had questions, Andre was patient and knowledgeable. When he couldn't answer a question over the phone he drove down here to take a look to best answer my question. I really couldn't recommend them highly enough. All this being said, I am not sure I will use them to open the pool as that part of the company has been totally different. In the past month I have called twice and emailed twice and have not heard back from the scheduler. This being the first year we can have our pool open all Summer we are anxious to have it opened early, so I am disappointed that they can't return an email."

"So my bar has been set low due to other pool companies leaving me high and dry. That said, Family Pools is an extremely professional company. They actually communicate, show up when scheduled, did the work they agreed to do, and emailed me an invoice and follow up message the next day. I needed more work done on my pool, and they had me on the schedule two days later. They showed up, did the additional cleaning and again left a detailed receipt and recommendations for further service. This company is top-notch, professional and worth every penny. I highly recommend them."
