Since I ordered it online and chose to have it delivered to their particular dealership, the sales team acted like conveyors - take it if you like it, otherwise we’ll easily sell it. One of the first things they did when I expressed interest was to hand me the CarFax. I didn’t even have to ask (that hasn’t always been the case in my experience!) Nick was easy to get along with and offered a laid back yet informative experience that felt genuine. They gave me a heads up that I might have to swing back through to sign some additional papers because the office guru was on vacation, but they did what was needed to assure I drove home that day. When I finally got to meet Mandy who does the paperwork side of things, she really pulled the whole experience together. She was so sweet and I felt like she left no stone unturned when walking me through the final paperwork. 10/10 would recommend if you’re looking for a car buying experience you can feel confident in."
