The gentleman I worked with was very friendly and informative. He was very straight forward with me and extremely knowledgeable about all makes of vacuums. He even took the time out to show me other models of my vacuum that had the same problem. He wasn't trying to up sell me on anything nor did he try to inflate the cost of the repair. We also had a good conversation about antique vacuums when I arrived to pick mine up. He let me test one of them out as well. Only problem I had was getting a hold of him by phone. So you might be better of dropping by in person. Long story short I ended saving so much money here compared to what I had previously been quoted at the other shops. Save yourself the hassle especially if your vacuum's warranty is expired or if you didn't purchase one"
