"Went to pick up two watches that were ordered for my boys from my husband who is now deceased. Both watches were engraved wrong, I was never called and told they were in, And when I went to pick them up was treated very, very rudely by the person in charge of repairs. They had taken something that was supposed to be a beautiful and touching experience and turned it into a horrific nightmare. No contact from the manager or the staff. No apologies and refused to give me a refund unless I accepted a check mailed to me for the refund, Which is almost $1000. It is now 9 days later , And I still have not received anything from this company. I am completely heartbroken. UPDATE...DAY 11 AND STILL NO RESPONSE OR REFUND. Day 16 and still nothing. This is beyond ridiculous"

"We had such a great experience here! My husband and I have been married for almost 2 years and had never gotten wedding bands - we’ve been using silicone ones! Today we happened to decide to finally invest in bands and we felt so welcomed here from the start! Tish really took the time to sit with us and talk over our options. I never felt pressured to decide one way or the other and she was so incredibly sweet. "I will never step foot in this Kay’s location again. My fiancé and myself went in looking for wedding bands and when asked our budget we were directed towards the “previously owned” section. I had 2 rings picked out to which the woman told me they were the same price when in fact one was 400$ cheaper than the other and within what I wanted to spend, she failed to mention this. When asking what I wanted in a wedding band I explained to her I didn’t want it to take away from my engagement ring, she asked to see my ring and referred to it as small rather than saying “for rings this size”. This was just an awful experience and terrible service, I understand your out for a sale but treat people with respect. I went to the Kay’s in Colonie Center Mall and the woman who helped me there was phenomenal, I found my ring she answered all my questions and made me feel awesome!"
