"Long story short they gave a full refund when I decided not to go ahead with some work I had made a deposit on and I’m pretty sure they special ordered pertaining to this work. Stephen was very accommodating to my situation and I appreciate that. I’m sure most companies would have tried to keep a portion of the $ and rightfully so but they were so polite and willing to facilitate the refund. I’d recommend them in a heartbeat based on this experience!"
"Needed a set of interbattery cables for a dual battery set up. Went there and they made them up pronto at a very good price. Parts counter is courteous, professional and very pleasant. A great place to do business with."
"I came to them when I was about to purchase a truck. I had them do an initial inspection and they gave me an estimate of the needed repairs. Then after making the purchase, I came to them to complete the service. About a week after they completed the service, the wheel fell off the axel while I was driving with my employee. This incident put both mines and my employee's life at risk. Then when I called them and told them about the incident that was clearly a result of their negligence, they had the truck towed back to their shop. They gave me no updates once they had the truck. I had to track them down. Finally, once they told me what the cost was, I just paid it out of good faith. Then when I went to pick up the vehicle, the vehicle was a little bit shaky. So then I checked the invoice and found out that A - they charged me to tow the truck back to the dealer, B - They charged me again for the service they didn't complete correctly the first time which led to me having to come back, and C - They charged me for work they didn't complete. When I asked to see the parts "they replaced," they were unable to provide them. Just a overall terrible experience, and I honestly feel like I got swindled"
