"I have take my cars to this shop many times before and never had an issue. But on 10/31 I brought my car do to an alignment as usual, unfortunately my vehicle continued to pull to the left. I came back today to tell them so they can recheck the alignment on the car and the guy was rude and then walks away talking and say things like I didnt understand or wasn't going to hear him. So I got in my car and he proceed to say, we going to check it now. I said no ill take it somewhere else and he didn't say anything and walked away. I won't go back here anymore."

"I’ve been going to Los Tiburones for tires and brakes for almost 15 years and they’ve always done excellent work. Tony always does his best to fit me into the schedule (they’re very busy). The prices are very reasonable and the guys do a great job."

"This is a really solid place I’ve been here three times over the years. When something needs to be replaced they have shown me or sent photographs and explained exactly why. There are times when I come in and they say oh this doesn’t need to be done that does need to be done but they’re very clear on what and why. I always look up prices before I say yes to some thing and what they charge is always spot on, and always reasonably priced, everybody’s nice everybody’s courteous. Everybody does things in a timely manner. I would highly recommend this place."

"If you want to have a bad day bring your car here. I brought my car here cause I know these people. They charged me 400.00 dollars and didn’t even do half the job they were supposed to do. It’s crazy I wouldn’t recommend anyone to go to this place. Not worth the headache or struggle. The owner shouldn’t run a business they just don’t know how to. Since you want to say my car belongs in the junk yard, how about I say you pretty much stole my money since you charged me for something and didn’t do half the things you were supposed to do, not only that I brought my car to another shop and got my car the same day and paid way less than what you were charging. It’s crazy you talking about charging me for storage when my car was in your shop as long as it was due to lack of mechanics and professionalism. Your mechanics don’t know what they are doing. Saying my car wasn’t fixable and saying they did something that they didn’t. You guys are bad for business all around. I’ve recommended you to plenty of my friends for tire things and the way you treated me hahaha was pathetic. You are pathetic. I hope you have a blessed day sir."

"Worst place for any repair service. I had an oil change.....Synthetic at that. Car was on 55k miles wasn't due for an oil change till 56,400.... engine seized! Over 4k to fix. Car had zero oil in it. No leak. So whomever did my oil changed messed up. I call & call asking for supervisor, they say he's not in. And everyone barely speaks any English. Spare yourself the aggravation. DONT GO HERE!"
