"This was THE WORST bridal experience ever. I have a one of a kind family heirloom diamond ring with a very detailed setting that’s been in tact for 50 plus years. I got it resized here and they sent it home with an entire diamond missing out of the setting without noticing. Then blamed it on us for traveling with it back less than 30 seconds to our house. They did “fix” the diamond and replace it and guess what?! That same diamond fell out AGAIN and they “stand by their work” and say they will look at it and have HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE"
