Paul was quick to get back with my concerns, he listened, he checked his end for ALL. Info and resolved by making sure the customer is what was important to this family run and operated business. I clearly see how this business has been around so long. They care about their customers satisfaction. It is refreshing to actually have a representative listen to you and show respect with the process and to my concern.. "Do not bring your work to these crooks. I had them pick up my Ariens snowbler that needed only a carb rebuild and fuel shut off valve. They finally called and I spoke to the mechanic he said to get it running it would cost around $960!!! Plus don't forget the. $100dollars for picking and dropping it off. This was a 3yr old machine with less than 8hours of use. I was shocked. Even the mechanic said he wouldn't do it. He asked if I wanted it back I said yes and they sent it back with out even putting it back correct with parts missing!!! .They still charge over 300 just to tell me that and bring it pack worse than it was. The people answering the phone are the most ignorant people I've come across in the service industry. I had a friend give me the number of Baystate Engines. Reluctantly I called. Tony came.right down picked up my machine and was not surprised at Mastranzi. He's heard it before In about 2wks he was back with machine. He fixed Mastranzis mistakes rebuilt carb put in a fuel switch tuned it up and it's running like new. Pick up ,labor,parts,drop off at a grand total of $230!!! Right at his estimate Mastranzi wanted over $1000 crazy. Glad I found Baystate Engines. Mastranzi is the number 1 place...to keep away from"

"Bought a Used Snow blower from MB on 9/17, started it a month later to keep it fresh and noticed a small leak at the Shutoff valve. I called, they picked it up on Monday/returned it the next day. No Charge. (Found a Mouse house under the tank, replaced the carb & shutoff valve)..NO Charge...and filled it with Engineered Fuel...Wow. Great Service. A++ they stand behind what they sell."
