Rodman Ford Collision

"I brought my truck here in January of 2022 to receive repairs from a collision. They had a hard time receiving parts, which i understand but would not call me back after daily messages. I owed the car rental $1200 and had to get farmers insurance involved to get a call back. Got my truck back without bumper and was to return at a later date to have it installed when received. Never got that call but was told they lost it in the warehouse. All the people that handled my claim have left and the new people now will not return my phone calls. Dont go here. Awful service"

"Spoke with Rodman collision end of November 2021 to start service on my vehicle. Was told parts were being ordered and they would be in touch. After two weeks of hearing nothing I reached out for an update. After multiple voicemails and emails over a two week period I have still not made any progress. I reached out to Walpole collision end of December and they were prompt and my car is now being fixed. Avoid Rodman at all costs!"

"A few weeks ago our vehicle was vandalized while parked outside a building in Washington DC. The thieves smashed the entire back window of the tailgate and also did significant damage to various parts of the trim around the window. "Highly satisfied with the work and customer service Rodman did on the rear bumper of my Ford Edge. I was rear ended with mild to moderate damage and within 24 hours of filing my claim with my insurance they reached out to set up an appointment for drop off. I dropped it off on a Monday. They told me they anticipated it to be a 2-3 day fix based on the appraisal, but would contact me by Thursday with an update and they did just that. Unfortunately they found more damage than appraised and it would be about another week and again promised to call mid week with info, and they did that as well. I picked up my car today and the bumper looks absolutely beautiful and the best part is they also cleaned the inside and outside of my car, it’s immaculate!
